Opportunity: NP/PA - Internal Medicine
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a thriving internal medicine practice. You'll have the chance to utilize your full scope of practice with a focus on providing comprehensive care to adult patients in a supportive, rural healthcare setting.
Job Details:
- Full-time status; 4-5 clinic days per week (equal to 0.8-1.0 FTE)
- 14-18 patients per day (already established patient panel)
- Ability to care for all ages with a focus on chronic medical issues of the older adult population
- Opportunity to keep "urgent-care" skills refined with Walk-In Clinic as needed
- Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
- Work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention
- Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships
- Education requirements: Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant from an accredited program
- Experience in Internal Medicine/Geriatrics is preferred
- Required licensures and certifications specific to NP or PA role
Compensation:
