- Travel to 30 to 35 remote western Alaska villages within a 100-mile radius
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to approximately 1500 patients
- Stay at village locations for 1-4 days, with accommodations provided
- Utilize Nextgen EMR system for patient documentation and management
- Adapt to varying transport means including bush planes, boats, and snowmachines
Additional Information
- Must hold a valid Alaska Nurse Practitioner license
- Required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) required
- Ideal candidates will have experience in rural settings and be comfortable treating children
