Arc Health is proud to partner with a facility in the Navajo Nation in Arizona at Chinle, to offer an extraordinary opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve a vibrant, resilient community in the heart of the Navajo Nation.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient services under the guidance of the Acting Primary Care Director.
  • Serve patients with diverse and complex medical needs in both on-site and telehealth formats.
  • Help advance the mission of IHS to raise the physical, mental, and spiritual health of Native communities.
  • Participate in culturally informed care, respecting the traditions and values of the Navajo people.

What We're Looking For

  • Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Minimum of 6 months recent practice experience - in the last year
  • Active, unrestricted state license & DEA (Schedules II V)
  • BLS certification and ability to meet IHS health requirements
  • Ability to pass the security clearance requirement and no outstanding, delinquent federal debt
  • Culturally aware, compassionate, and collaborative providers

Assignment Details

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 40 hours/week
  • Duration: Flexible (minimum of 13 weeks to 12 months with option to extend)
  • EMR: RPMS
  • Start Date: As soon as credentialed
  • Location: On-site in Chinle, AZ with possible coverage at surrounding clinics
