Facility in Clive, IA seeking ENT locums coverage Rates: $300/hr Schedule:

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
On Call: 2-3 days a week with some weekend coverage, especially during the week of ENT coverage.
One week per month of coverage needed.

Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes
Patient Care Responsibilities: Clinic and procedure areas, as well as call coverage.
Physicians in Practice: 5.
Advanced Practice Providers: 1 (no APP supervision required).
Nursing Support: 1 nurse per physician.
Ancillary Support: 1.8 per provider.
Services/Procedures: Comprehensive ENT procedures for adults and pediatric patients.

Census/Volume:

Clinic Volume: 24 patients per day.
Appointment Length: 10 minutes per appointment.
Patient Demography: Adults and pediatrics.

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in ENT Required.
Fellowship Trained Required.
