Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Facility in Fort Morgan, CO seeking ObGyn locums coverage Rates: $2400/24 hour with 4 hour gratis. $300/hr call-back after 4 hours Position Overview

• Setting: Hospital Call Coverage (Non-Trauma)
• Role: OB/GYN Call Coverage (General OB/GYN Procedures)
• Support Staff: RN
• EMR: Epic (Must complete training before start)
• Duties:
• 24-hour call (7 AM 7 AM)
• Handle deliveries & consults as needed
• Variable patient load (dependent on delivery schedule)
• Reason for Coverage: Current locum unable to fill these dates

Schedule & Availability Available Call Dates (Must be available for full stint)

• March 13 (7 AM) March 18 (7 AM)
• April 22 (7 AM) April 23 (7 AM)
• May 15 (7 AM) May 16 (7 AM)
• May 21 (7 AM) May 22 (7 AM)
  Ongoing dates TBD as internal schedules are made

Credentialing & Requirements

• Board Certified OB/GYN Required
• Active CO License OR IMLC (LOQ in hand at submission) Required
• Active BLS & DEA Required for credentialing
• Must complete Epic training before start Required
• Clean malpractice/background preferred (Candidates submitting self-inquiry NPDB reports get priority)

Credentialing Timeframe:

• Standard: 60 days
• Temporary Privileges: 30 days (clean file required)

EMR Training Requirements All candidates must complete these steps before starting:

1. Module Training (Self-Learn Lessons) Must be done before Virtual Training
2. Virtual EMR Training Scheduled before the first day onsite
3. Complete EMR Questionnaire:
• Years of Epic experience
• Last used Epic (MM/YYYY)
• Facility where Epic was last used
• Photo for badge (high resolution)
• Provider s time zone for training scheduling
• Best phone number & email for contact while working
