Salary: $90,000 $110,000 annually

An acute care hospital in Honolulu is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist Special Procedures to support its advanced diagnostic imaging team. This role is ideal for an experienced technologist looking to grow within a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

About the Role:

In this position, you will perform a wide range of specialized radiologic procedures and assist in patient care throughout the imaging process. You'll work collaboratively with physicians and medical staff to ensure high-quality imaging, patient safety, and accurate diagnostic results.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform specialized and routine radiologic procedures

  • Provide high-level care and support to patients during imaging

  • Operate imaging equipment in compliance with safety and radiation guidelines

  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced hospital setting

  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of imaging results

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license

  • Current BLS certification

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred

  • Strong attention to detail, patient-centered approach, and ability to multitask

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent lifting, reaching, pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs)

  • Requires standing, bending, twisting, and repetitive arm/hand motions

  • Exposure to bodily fluids, chemicals, and radiation

  • Work may include both indoor and occasional outdoor conditions

  • Fast-paced, high-stress environment based on patient volume
