Strong candidates will have a demonstrated interest in labor and employment litigation and advising clients on employment matters. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

• Expertise in advice and policy preparation
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Exceptional advocacy, research, and writing skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail -oriented and organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with portable business or with a track record of client acquisition are preferred.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $160,000 -$200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
