Job Description:

Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) SCM Techno-functional consultant with knowledge and experience in EBS Procurement, Order management, Supply chain processes.

The selected candidate should be able to address User issues, resolve technical problems, manage tickets, product service requests and perform needed configuration updates. Interact with customer process consultants and SME’s, perform root cause analysis where required and improve processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be able to travel to client locations in Rochester, NY, US.
• U.S. Citizenship required (without any dual citizenship)
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules
• Experience in relevant technologies Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, APEX and workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle EBS application support and a good understanding of processes.
• Understanding various business processes in Manufacturing domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work closely with customers
