Oracle Talent & Learning Technical Consultant - Onsite (Full Time)
- Candidate should have a good exposure in HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Exposure in Fusion Business Process Management (BPM), approval workflow will be plus
- Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
- Hands on experience with Fusion Reporting tools like BIP and OTBI.
- Hands on experience with Oracle Talent Management, Oracle Performance Management, Oracle Goal Management.
- Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR is must.
- Experience on HCM Extracts will be must.
- Worked as a Technical Resource for given Oracle Talent Management Implementation Project.
Experience Required
- Provide configuration training and consultation on best practices, short-term impacts and long-term considerations.
- Provide technical guidance and consultation on Integrations, Conversion, Security and Reporting.
- Manage configuration prototype for review and validation.
- Create baseline configuration workbooks from Talent and Learning.
- Provide recommendations towards cross-platform configuration choices that optimize the employee experience.
