Senior SAP MM Consultant
Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP MM Consultant to be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates solution options, makes recommendations, creates detailed design, architecture and process artifacts, implements the deployment plan, and supports knowledge transfer. You will provide value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Location
The location for this position is Dearborn, MI. This position may require travel and/or relocation.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, problem definition, architecture/design/detailing of processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP Material Management and Inventory Management.
- Strong knowledge of S4HANA SAP Material Management and Inventory Management, experience in configuring and customizing the processes of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Requirement Planning, Variant Configuration, Valuation, Inventory Management, IS Auto specific processes like EDI, JIT, S2L and Kanban.
- Minimum 1 S4 HANA greenfield end‑to‑end implementation.
- Knowledge of WRICEF, EDI, Idoc, batch processing in MM.
- MM integration knowledge with SD, PP, and FI/CO.
- Experience with project management.
- SAP product certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all business levels.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team in resolving complex issues in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct design workshops.
- High‑impact communication with senior stakeholders.
Job Physical Requirements
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. You must be able to communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
