What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead functional workshops for Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes across various financial modules
- Analyze and design future‑state R2R flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud best practices
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules for General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Intercompany
- Develop comprehensive documentation including Business Process Design documents and Functional Design Specifications
- Validate R2R integration touchpoints with other financial processes and support financial data migration
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, engineering, or a related discipline
- 10–15+ years of ERP experience with a minimum of 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
- Strong understanding of subledger‑to‑ledger accounting, financial reporting, and multi‑currency environments
- Experience with FAH (Fusion Accounting Hub) for accounting transformations and integration with upstream systems
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Oracle Cloud Financials (GL/FA/CM) Certification is preferred
- Experience supporting multi‑region deployments (NA, EMEA, APAC) and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates
