Role Overview

Shape the future of payroll for enterprise organizations with Oracle Cloud. You are a senior‑level Oracle HCM Cloud U.S. Payroll expert working on complex, high‑impact programs while accelerating your career within a true Oracle center of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead U.S. payroll‑focused design workshops and discovery sessions.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud U.S. Payroll, including Fast Formula, payroll elements, calculation cards, and payroll process flows.
  • Partner with clients to solve complex payroll, compliance, and reporting challenges.
  • Support pre‑sales efforts with demos, solution design, and proposal input.
  • Develop OTBI reports and payroll analytics to support decision‑making.
  • Act as a trusted escalation point and mentor to junior consultants.

Qualifications

  • Proven hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – U.S. Payroll.
  • Strong configuration expertise across Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and process flows.
  • Experience leading client workshops and documenting functional designs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation Workbench.
  • OTBI reporting and/or SQL knowledge.
  • Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, bids, or client demonstrations.

Location & Working Model

  • U.S.–based candidates (remote or hybrid depending on location).
