SAP FICO Consultant

For one of our key customers based in Belgium, we are searching for a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant to join an upcoming S/4HANA transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP FICO configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Act as a trusted advisor for finance and controlling stakeholders
• Work on S/4HANA migration and implementation projects
• Handle day-to-day support for SAP Finance & Controlling modules
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure end-to-end integration

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience (with strong hands‑on configuration)
• Proven expertise in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end finance processes (AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Profitability Analysis)
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and present clear, solution‑oriented recommendations
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch or French is a plus)
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (mix of remote and onsite)
