Position Overview: EisnerAmper is seeking a Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Partner to lead complex advisory engagements, drive strategic outcomes for distressed companies, creditors, and stakeholders, and contribute to practice growth and talent development. The role offers opportunities for practice leadership and working with a dedicated team of restructuring professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead restructuring processes, including strategy, liquidity management, and bankruptcy preparation.
  • Manage cross-functional teams providing financial analysis, operational restructuring, forensic investigations, and valuation support.
  • Represent clients in fiduciary roles, maximizing value and ensuring compliance.
  • Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Shape practice strategy and participate in industry thought leadership.
  • Mentor team members and promote professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency advisory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven leadership in complex distressed company engagements.
  • Advanced knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency processes.
  • Strong client relationship and business development skills.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams.

Preferred/Additional:

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CIRA, CTP, CFA.

Salary range in NYC and California: $300,000 – $500,000; varies elsewhere based on market and experience.
