As a junior or mid-level associate, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with trial-tested litigators and brilliant technologists across offices in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle, New York, and Washington, D.C.—supporting high-impact disputes for clients ranging from stealth startups to global powerhouses.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–6 years of patent litigation experience at a law firm
• Strong writing, communication, and client service skills
• Background or interest in high tech or life sciences (degrees or industry experience a plus, but not required)
• Enthusiastic about working with a variety of clients—from garage-stage founders to public companies
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction required
