Food Production & Warehouse Associate

Were seeking a reliable and hardworking Food Production & Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This position combines production and warehouse responsibilities ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and staying active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Handle and organize inventory efficiently within the warehouse.
• Transport materials and finished goods across different production areas.
• Operate forklifts or electric hand jacks safely (certification preferred).
• Support production tasks such as mixing, packaging, labeling, and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following safety and food hygiene standards.
• Lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and timely operations.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies to maintain product quality and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food production, warehouse, or similar industrial setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience using forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus).
• Reliable transportation required (location not easily accessible by public transit).
• Team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
