Chief & Clinical Associate/Full Professor Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine
University of Florida College of Medicine‑Jacksonville is seeking a Chief of the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. This 1.0 FTE position reports to the Chairman of the Department of Medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee clinical care delivered by faculty within the Division.
Promote investigator‑initiated scholarship.
Engage in training of house staff and students.
Expand divisional activities with substantial commitments of space and resources.
Minimum Qualifications
BC/BE in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine and/or Sleep Medicine.
Track record in clinical and/or basic science research.
Experience training residents.
Broad vision and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional credentials or experience not mandatory but desirable.
