USPI Advanced Center of North County in Escondido, CA is hiring a PRN Pre‑OP/PACU RN. The RN Pre‑OP/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient‑family centered perioperative care for all patient populations. The RN Pre‑OP/PACU supports the organization mission, vision, and values and reports to the Manager of Peri‑Operative Services.

Current CA Nursing License
Current CPR and ACLS
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
Excellent communication, organization, and teaching skills
Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics
Understanding of aseptic technique and principles of performance improvement
Qualifications
Team‑oriented and patient‑focused
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
Adaptability to change and creative innovation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
Required Experience
Experience working in an ASC is a plus
Pay Range $50.00 – $62.00/hour
