We are looking for an Admissions Representative to join our team. This hybrid position will involve recruiting qualified students for the college’s academic programs in a compliant, appropriate, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit qualified students for the college’s academic programs, providing basic information, routine guidance, and assistance on enrollment matters.

Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems, ensuring satisfactory action for students and the college.

Uphold enrollment standards by complying with governmental regulations and accreditation standards, enrolling only eligible students as published in the college catalog.

Demonstrate positive attitude, motivation, and teamwork; maintain excellent time‑management and follow‑through on commitments.

Use company‑approved admissions materials during calls, interviews, and enrollment processes; observe all company policies and best practices.

Build relationships by taking inquiry calls, returning web inquiries promptly, making outbound calls to interested prospects, and participating in phone‑a‑thons and dialing campaigns.

Initiate unsolicited leads and generate new business; follow up on inquiries that fail to schedule or show for interviews, and on unemployed prospects that did not progress.

Schedule and conduct student interviews, ensuring compliance with financial aid policies and using approved materials.

Serve as a liaison between students and campus, provide required enrollment forms, review applications for compliance, and partner with finance on financial aid packaging.

Mentor and advise students to help identify skills and interests; address inquiries, questions, and concerns, referring complex issues to experienced staff as needed.

Maintain accurate accounts for all inquiries and admissions activity; complete daily activity reports, pre‑start paperwork, and keep reports current.

Attend training, meetings, and perform additional duties as assigned by local leaders.

Excellent time‑management, teamwork, and the ability to follow procedures while exercising sound judgment.

Comfortable using technology and company systems for managing inquiries and reports.
