Sr. Financial Analyst Location : Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Work Setting : Hybrid; onsite Tuesday–Thursday, optional remote Monday & Friday

Travel : Very limited; up to 4 times per year

Compensation : $100,000 – $120,000 (flexibility up to $125,000 for the right candidate)

Bonus : 10% annual bonus eligibility

Position Summary The Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial is a highly visible finance role responsible for serving as a strategic financial partner to the Commercial organization and executive leadership. This position focuses on transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that support sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision‑making. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Sr. Financial Analyst will work closely with Sales leadership and cross‑functional partners, providing clear analysis, performance reporting, and forward‑looking recommendations. This role is part of a broader initiative to strengthen financial partnership as the organization continues to grow and scale

What You’ll Do

Develop and deliver financial reporting and analysis related to Gross Sales, COGS, inventory, margins, and business trends

Build, maintain, and enhance financial models supporting forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning

Analyze variances versus forecast, budget, and prior year with clear, executive‑ready narratives

Partner closely with Sales and Commercial leadership to evaluate performance, trends, and risks

Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards using Excel and Power BI

Provide insights and recommendations that drive profitability, cost reduction, and improved performance

Support executive and board‑level presentations with clear, concise financial storytelling

Conduct complex ad hoc analyses tied to strategic initiatives and business objectives

Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends and proactively communicate findings

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

3+ years of financial analysis experience

Advanced Excel skills with heavy emphasis on financial modeling

Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities

Experience working with large, complex data sets while maintaining data integrity

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior and executive leadership

Self‑starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer products, durable goods, or manufacturing‑adjacent environments

Power BI experience or exposure to similar BI tools

Prior experience partnering with Sales or Commercial organizations

Background in mid‑sized to enterprise environments with complex sales and inventory models
