About the Role

As a

Wealth Advisor , you’ll act as a trusted financial confidant to your clients—helping them make informed decisions about their wealth, legacy, and life goals.

You’ll build a client base aligned with your passions and expertise, leveraging our market‑leading platform, resources, and team support to scale your success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients, families, and business owners.

Deliver customized investment and planning solutions tailored to client goals and values.

Collaborate with internal experts in investment strategy, tax planning, and estate management.

Educate clients on market opportunities and long‑term wealth strategies.

Build relationships with centers of influence (attorneys, accountants, business advisors).

Participate in community outreach, networking, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

5–10 years of financial services experience, with a focus on high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients .

Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping people achieve financial success.

High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.

Proven ability to engage with affluent individuals and families.

Strong ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Bachelor’s degree required ; advanced degree or certifications (CFP®, CFA®, MBA) a plus.

Backgrounds in finance, law, consulting, or business development are strongly encouraged.

Training & Development You’ll begin with an immersive, industry‑leading 13‑week training program covering investment management, client strategy, and practice growth.

Following that, you’ll receive ongoing coaching, professional education, and mentorship from senior advisors and firm leaders.
