Senior Executive Recruiter at LHH/Parker and Lynch LHH is working with a multi-unit, real estate organization that is growing significantly. The company is performing a number of acquisitions, and they are looking for a sharp Senior Property Accountant. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of accounting experience. This is a full-cycle accounting role.
Job Responsibilities
Provides financial statement guidance to Operations in multi-location environment
Reviews financial data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Assists in the month end close process
Completes balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Ensures that appropriate controls and compliance processes are followed
Makes recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities
Prepare schedules to ensure audit compliance
Prepares planned and ad-hoc reports
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
CAM experience required
