We are currently seeking a Infrastructure Lead (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Warren, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).
Job Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Lead the design and deployment of hybrid infrastructure solutions integrating Azure cloud and on-prem systems.
Develop infrastructure governance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
Operations & Management
Oversee daily infrastructure operations, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
Manage Azure services (VMs, networking, storage, Active Directory) and on-prem resources.
Automation & Optimization
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, and PowerShell.
Drive cost optimization and resource utilization across environments.
Collaboration
Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to optimize deployments.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Use tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and on‑prem monitoring solutions for proactive incident management.
Compliance & Security
Ensure adherence to regulatory and security requirements across cloud and on‑prem platforms.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security).
8+ years of hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
8+ years of hands‑on experience with on‑prem Dell EMC hosts, VMware, unity storage and barcode FC switches.
8+ years of experience in proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines.
8+ years of experience with disaster recovery and backup solutions.
Preferred Skills
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, load balancing).
Familiarity with hybrid cloud integrations and migration strategies.
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
Degree Requirements Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
