Responsibilities As an Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our maintenance clients, building and sustaining long‑term relationships that ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You will be responsible to perform site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met and resolve any client concerns, leading to securing contract renewals.

Business and relationship development by proactively presenting site enhancement ideas, upselling and cross‑selling our services and creating accurate estimates that maintain acceptable gross margins.
Assist in the leadership of the team and provide field support to maintenance production supervisors and crews.
Coordinate with your department administrator to ensure client databases are up to date, as well as maintain satisfactory accounts receivable levels.
Qualifications
3 years of minimum account management experience in the lawn maintenance industry.
An associate degree in a business‑related field or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace.
Bonus: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Bonus: Have the ability to coach, develop, and lead teams.
