Talent Acquisition is more than filling roles—it’s about shaping the future of our business at Rite‑Hite. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Senior Recruiter), you’ll operate as a true talent advisor, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract and hire high‑quality professional and technical talent across the organization. This is a hybrid role (3 days in‑office) and will be based out of our Headquarters in downtown Milwaukee, WI.

This role is ideal for an experienced, in‑house recruiter who enjoys autonomy, values strong stakeholder relationships, and wants to contribute beyond day‑to‑day recruiting through mentorship, process improvement, and strategic talent initiatives.

What You’ll Do Full‑Cycle Recruiting

Own full‑cycle recruiting for professional and technical exempt and non‑exempt roles—from intake through offer acceptance

Lead recruiting for hard‑to‑fill and niche positions requiring specialized skill sets

Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, social media, and external partners when needed

Hiring Manager & HR Partnership

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners

Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations

Facilitate structured, bias‑aware interview processes

Proactively manage expectations around timelines, compensation, and market conditions

Talent Market Expertise

Provide real‑time intelligence on compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and candidate availability

Understand local and regional talent markets and competitor landscapes to inform sourcing and hiring strategies

Process, Compliance & Candidate Experience

Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies (EEO, OFCCP, data privacy)

Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity within Workday

Deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Mentor and provide informal guidance to recruiters and stakeholders

Identify and lead process improvements using best practices and data

Support employer branding, campus recruiting, outreach initiatives, and key TA projects

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

6+ years of progressive, full‑cycle recruiting experience

Strong experience recruiting professional and technical talent (engineering, IT, software, or similar roles)

In‑house/corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred

Advanced sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive, highly competitive candidates

Consultative mindset with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders

Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills

Experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred)

Demonstrated interest in process improvement and using data to inform decisions
