Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, Corvallis, OR
Urgently hiring! Full‑time practice in Corvallis (30 miles south of Salem). No nights, weekends, or on‑call responsibilities.
Base Pay $120,000.00–$150,000.00 per year (DOE). Bonus compensation up to $150,000 per year, total potential $145k–$300k.
Schedule Full‑time (Monday–Friday).
Responsibilities
Patient evaluation, consultation, and comprehensive pain management care.
Review medical histories, exam patients, review records and imaging.
Consult with referring physicians and healthcare team for diagnosis.
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, lifestyle changes, and rehabilitation modalities.
Medication management, including opioid monitoring.
Perform joint, trigger point, and PRP injections (training provided).
Document accurate and timely charts and progress notes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
Communicate effectively with staff and patients to create an excellent experience.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
PA/NP license in Oregon.
Experience in pain management, joint injection, or trigger point injection preferred; training available.
Comfortable with monitoring opioid use.
