Position Details
Contract Types:
1099 starting at 15 weekly sessions or W2 starting at 25 weekly sessions (includes health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) with up to 3.5% matching).
Location:
100% Virtual.
Schedule:
15+ hours per week, flexible hours.

Responsibilities
Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth (15+ hours per week).
Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by an AI‑powered scribe).
Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) with a compassionate, age‑appropriate approach.
Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
Available for at least 15 hours per week, contract, part‑time, or full‑time.
Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
Preferable experience working with older adults.
Proficiency using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth delivery.
