Base Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 annually Bonus: 10% annual incentive target Location

1720 S. Bellaire Street, Skybox Suite, Denver, CO 80222. Employees are expected to work in the office four (4) days per week. Responsibilities

Maintain detailed records of property, lease, and asset data within the accounting and ERP systems. Support capitalization and tracking of fixed assets, including new store openings, remodels, and equipment purchases. Process and reconcile rent, common area maintenance (CAM), and property tax payments in coordination with Accounts Payable and Finance. Monitor and track lease-related obligations and ensure timely execution of renewals, amendments, and terminations. Partner with Facilities and Operations teams to manage maintenance requests, landlord communications, and vendor coordination. Assist with property-level budgeting and variance analysis for rent, utilities, and maintenance expenses. Prepare and maintain property and asset schedules for monthly close, audit, and tax purposes. Reconcile fixed asset subledger to general ledger and assist with depreciation schedules under GAAP. Support the PP&E Manager with reporting, process improvement, and system updates related to property and asset management. Track, update, and maintain all business license requirements for store locations, including monitoring expiration dates, coordinating renewals, and organizing documentation. Work with Operations to ensure new store openings, relocations, and remodels meet local licensing requirements in coordination with regulatory timelines. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors. Perform other duties as necessary. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with GAAP and fixed asset accounting principles. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience in a multi‑location food and beverage or retail organization. Knowledge of multi‑unit retail operations and distribution facilities. Education – Training – Experience

Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 2–5 years of experience in accounting, lease administration, or fixed asset accounting. Physical Demands
