Job Overview
This role will be the lead technical expert and own all integrations for Workday Financials and related matters. The Senior Financial Systems Engineer will partner closely with various stakeholders to research, design, build, maintain, and scale integrations between Workday and other systems. The ideal candidate will have high fluency in both functional and technical discussions with the gumption to drive solutions and curiosity to seek continuous improvement.
The role will report into Financial Systems leadership and can be remote-based with travel flexibility.

Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of Workday integration development and maintenance.
Monitor, triage, and resolve issues performing detailed root‑cause analyses while effectively communicating with impacted parties.
Identify process improvements and opportunities and quickly act on them.
Collaborate closely with third‑party resources and stay up to date on releases and new feature enhancements.
Champion innovation and automation through AI and other intelligent solutions.
Create clear and concise documentation (e.g., technical design, data lifecycle, unit testing).
Ensure compliance controls satisfy audit and SOX requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday Studio, RaaS integrations, BIRT, EIB, complex calculated fields, XSLT, etc.
Strong working knowledge of APIs, enterprise application development platforms and web services (SOAP, REST).
Proficient with middleware tools such as Workato, Boomi, Fivetran.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently with Finance and IT teams.
Workday Pro Integrations certification a big plus.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between $93,000 and $139,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
