Job Details Med Mal Defense Attorney

– $150k–$225k – Hybrid work opportunities in NYC, Long Island, or White Plains.

A top-tier New York City insurance defense firm is seeking Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys with proven experience representing hospitals, physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers in complex litigation.

We Are Hiring Attorneys at all levels—from mid-level associates to senior litigators and trial counsel—who are ready to grow their careers in a collaborative, high-performing team.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Admission to the New York State Bar.

Experience defending hospitals, physicians, nurses, and medical professionals in malpractice claims.

Handling medical records, expert review, and complex discovery.

Additional relevant experience in general liability, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.

Trial preparation and courtroom experience is a strong plus.
