The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for a Power Platform Developer with agile methodology experience to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP agents and officers are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.
ASF programs thrive in a culture of innovation and are constantly seeking individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural at the team and portfolio levels. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.
Responsibilities
Design and implement innovative SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to leverage business intelligence, dashboard reporting, and automated workflows to facilitate collaboration and streamline program processes
Develop, document, and support custom and out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions using industry best practices
Create Power BI dashboards and reports from various data sources.
Monitor Power BI service usage and capacity and make recommendations for performance tuning
Perform data manipulation and cleansing to prepare datasets for implementation
Engage with customers, users and stakeholders to analyze business processes and technical requirements and implement solutions
Provide technical support and guidance to users interacting with SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform
Provide expert advice to customers in support of business intelligence and reporting needs
Create documentation, flowcharts and diagrams for related solutions
Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria include, but not limited to:
3-year check for felony convictions
1 year check for illegal drug use
1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline
Minimum 7 years’ overall experience with SharePoint Online.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Power Platform developmentHigh proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate/FlowExperience working with Power Apps CI/CD pipeline deploying Power Apps solutions from lower environments to Production environment
Experience with GitLab integration with understanding of merges, branching strategies, automated builds and tests
Strong Power BI data analytics experience, including building interactive dashboards and developing paginated reports using Power BI Reports Builder to visualize and report data
Extensive experience defining complex custom lists and working with web-enabled InfoPath forms in SharePoint
Implementing Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and 2016 web-based solutions.
Experience building web parts, applications, page layouts and content types using the O365 API
Hands-on experience with Web/SharePoint architecture design, Site Branding & Navigation
Ability to work with a broad range of datasets (Dynamics 365, Azure SQL, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel)
Experience building Excel pivot charts and working with Excel Web Access web parts
Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML)
Experience working effectively in and fostering highly collaborative, team-oriented environments
Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices in web design, usability, and accessibility
Desired
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling and Power Platform integration with SharePoint

Pay Range There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education and certifications.
