SAP Procurement & EWM Platform Delivery Lead/Solution Architect
Duration: 11 Months with possibility of extension based on business need.
Location: Remote – preferred to be located in Charlotte, NC; Client, NY; or Remote. Candidate must be willing to work in EST hours.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some after‑hours work for collaboration with global colleagues. No overtime anticipated.
Travel: 25% domestic travel dependent on project phase and engagement length.

Looking for a Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management Platform Delivery Lead for ERP Transformation work. You will partner with Value Stream Leads, Solution Architects, Factory teams (CA and Developer), Functional Analysts (GSM), Change Management, and Business Power Users across each business/site implementation from initial engagement through deployment. This role requires SAP S/4 HANA solutioning experience in LES space, including IM/MM/Procurement and extended warehouse management processes, and integration to PP/QM/SD and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Lead hands‑on ERP deployment projects, serving as a liaison between IT and business to trace and track project work items, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
Deliver work streams as a lead working with business, legacy data, and IT teams without impacting deployment timelines.
Lead cross‑stream communication, conduct risk management assessments, and develop mitigation plans to secure program management office support.
Participate in Process, Security, Data, and Reporting requirement management sessions; manage testing, training, data migration, and cut‑over activities, coordinating with Change Management to address concerns and mitigate risks.
Drive early business engagement and readiness phases, gathering global template knowledge, business requirements, and identifying potential gaps for standardisation board review.
Support live sites with day‑to‑day business process operational issues, guiding them to correct process steps and available GT solutions.
Navigate all project phases for travel: Early Engagement, Fit‑to‑Template, Playback, Integration Testing, UAT, and Go‑Live/Hyper‑Care.
Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related program (minimum required). Master’s degree is preferred.
Required Years and Experience Minimum 10+ years of SAP EWM & Logistics Execution Solution (LES) architect experience, leading large‑scale projects and dynamic environments to deliver EWM solutions.
Required Skills
Hard skills on SAP EWM and Logistics Execution Solution (LES) solutioning.
Integration knowledge with Plant-to-Produce/QM, SD, Procurement, and MES.
Thorough knowledge of LES, including EWM business processes and Inventory Management processes.
Project management skills (communication, scheduling, scope, and risk management).
Fluency in English.
Cross‑functional communication experience.
Self‑management and accountability; proactive nature in dealing with business requests.
MDG skill set focusing on Material and vendor master areas is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
