Visual Soft Inc is seeking qualified U.S. Citizens with active Top Secret clearance for this fully onsite position in Huntsville, AL supporting defense and intelligence programs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
Active Top Secret clearance.
Proficiency in Java, microservices, Docker, and AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation).
Experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, secure coding, and DevSecOps.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based microservices and APIs in distributed cloud environments.
Architect and implement scalable, secure, high‑performance solutions on AWS.
Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and manage service orchestration.
Participate in all phases of Agile/Scrum development lifecycle.
Implement and enforce secure coding standards in compliance with government cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, DoD RMF).
Integrate CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (DevOps, QA, cybersecurity, system engineers).
Troubleshoot complex software issues across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers.
Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and support code reviews.
