Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Physical Therapists in delivering individualized care plans that align with professional standards.
- Implement therapy treatments designed to improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress, updating the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Ensure compliance with California's Physical Therapy Practice Act and related regulations.
- Build strong connections with patients, caregivers, and healthcare facilities to enhance service satisfaction.
Required Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
