Job Description: Primary Care Physician
Location : Fort Morgan, Colorado.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to serve the Fort Morgan, Colorado community. This role offers the unique opportunity to build a primary care practice in a newly renovated facility while collaborating with a cardiology team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population in a rural setting.
- Provide exceptional patient care with phone-only call responsibilities shared across a large group.
- Shape and develop a vision for outstanding primary care in the community.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Primary Care.
- Active Colorado medical license preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary of $246,000-$274,000 with potential quality/productivity bonuses.
