Position Summary The Senior Graphic Designer will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Brand and plays a key role in shaping Hodess’ brand as the premier partner for Cleanroom, Dry Room, and Environmental Space solutions. The role is responsible for leading the visual development of marketing materials, brand initiatives, and digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business goals into compelling visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership
Develop and execute on brand, high-impact design concepts across digital, print, environmental, and social platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and other creatives to create cohesive brand storytelling through a variety of channels.
Produce a variety of marketing materials including advertising, brochures, branded templates, social posts, and more.
Champion brand integrity while pushing creative boundaries.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through production.
Provide art direction to junior designers and external vendors as needed.
Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
Participate in creative reviews and present design rationale to stakeholders.
Production & Execution
Prepare final files for print and digital production.
Oversee quality control of design assets across channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an in-house or agency setting.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere experience is a plus).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across brand, digital, and print.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make strategic decisions, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
