Position Overview

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to gather requirements and develop reporting solutions tailored to their needs.

Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across business units by conducting data quality checks and audits.

Performance Metrics & KPI Development: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create tracking mechanisms for measuring business performance.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows or business processes and recommend automation or optimization strategies.

Database Queries & Extraction: Utilize SQL, Python, or other tools to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources.

Support Business Intelligence Initiatives: Assist in enterprise‑wide analytics projects, data modeling efforts, and predictive analysis to support company goals.

Ad‑hoc Analysis: Provide on‑demand analytical support to teams and leadership as needed.

Regular and reliable attendance in person as required by your Supervisor, Company guidelines, and/or project and office obligations.

Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive meaningful business insights.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with Python or R is a plus.

Data Modeling & Management: Understanding of data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes.

Problem‑Solving: Ability to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop data‑driven solutions.

Communication & Storytelling: Strong ability to translate data insights into clear and actionable business recommendations.

Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non‑technical teams to meet business needs.

Additional Differentiators: Experience with machine learning models, statistical analysis, or advanced analytics is a plus.

Utilizes Microsoft Office‑based applications and project management software systems appropriate for this role.

Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
