Must Have Skills:

Analyze and map wealth management entities (e.g., Advisor, Account, Product) to business capabilities and journeys.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on Compass and legacy systems to identify patterns, gaps, and anomalies.

Define transformation logic and data quality rules using tools like SQL and AWS Glue DataBrew.

Support integration design by validating data flows and ensuring alignment with source systems.

Create and maintain data documentation including source-to-target mappings, data flow diagrams, and lineage.

Nice to Have Skills:

Working with Prod / Prod-like data. discussions with upstream SMEs and downstream consumers to understand how to solve for downstream data requirements.

Specialist knowledge of downstream data consumption for regulatory reporting. Tpersone is extremely little documented data lineage and dictionary across the bank, and so accrued SME knowledge is so vital in this space
