We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Systems Administrator

to manage and maintain the organization’s core IT systems and infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring reliability, security, and performance of servers, virtualization platforms, and directory services, with strong emphasis on Microsoft Active Directory, VMware environments, Microsoft 365/Azure integration, and Intune device management.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.

Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi clusters, virtual machines, and storage.

Perform system patching, upgrades, and capacity planning.

Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness.

Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, including Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.

Manage hybrid environments with Azure AD synchronization.

Oversee user provisioning, access control, and security policies.

Configure and support Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD.

Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.

Enforce compliance policies, application deployment, and security baselines.

Maintain secure configurations for servers and systems in line with best practices.

Participate in patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint protection.

Maintain logs, documentation, and compliance reporting as required.

Provide Level 2/3 escalation support for IT incidents and service requests.

Collaborate with helpdesk, networking, and security teams for cross‑functional initiatives.

Document procedures, system diagrams, and configuration standards.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.

Proficient in VMware vSphere/ESXi administration.

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.

Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management.

Knowledge of Windows Server OS, PowerShell scripting, and automation practices.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher

Education

Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
