About The Role We are seeking an innovative full‑stack developer with a strong foundation in web development, object‑oriented design, and financial/accounting systems to join our team as Lead Software Developer. This role focuses on building cutting‑edge applications that ensure financial data integrity, support business needs, and deliver a superior user experience.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack solutions that adhere to industry standards and project plans.
Build robust RESTful services using C# and .NET Core.
Design, construct, and optimize complex MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting functions, especially for financial/accounting systems.
Develop applications that process, report, and reconcile financial and accounting data with accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate professionally as part of an Agile Scrum Team, contributing to team goals and supporting fellow developers.
Mentor and guide less‑experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Serve as a hands‑on coding expert and subject‑matter authority in software development, delivering solutions that meet business and financial needs.
Ensure timely delivery of tasks and active participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience developing full‑stack web applications.
Strong background working with financial/accounting systems or applications.
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, LINQ, and Entity Framework (EF).
Expert‑level MS SQL skills, including query tuning, stored procedures, and database design.
Familiarity with front‑end frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, or React) and UI libraries such as Bootstrap.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
