Job Details Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of architectural project delivery—from concept design through construction administration
Manage project teams, client relationships, and consultant coordination to ensure alignment and excellence throughout each stage
Oversee design quality, documentation, and technical precision using Revit and Bluebeam
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards
Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration across disciplines
Contribute to a culture of creativity, communication, and accountability
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Active architectural license required
11–20 years of professional experience in architecture
Proven ability to manage all aspects of significant projects through completion
Experience with Local Government, K-12, Higher Education, or Faith-Based projects (other project‑experience will be considered for relevance and scale)
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
