Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will act as a design authority for your discipline, completing assignments on multiple projects or portions of major projects in a cost‑effective manner. You will showcase expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies.
Work with the customer to shape and deliver solutions, gathering feedback to drive improvements.
Create work plans and cost estimates for the portfolio of projects, ensuring quality and timely implementation within the targeted cost.
Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure designs are manufactured, staged, tested, installed, and commissioned.
Coach engineering colleagues on translating conceptual designs into engineering documentation and best practices, sharing lessons learned from past projects.
Qualifications for the Role
Enjoy preparing project documentation and procedures for engineering assignments.
3–18 years of experience in Engineering, Commissioning, Planning, and Technical Management for PLC, DCS, SCADA, substation automation (LV and MV switchgear), motors, drives, analyzers, field instruments, power electronics, and PCB.
Ensure quality and timely implementation of projects within target cost.
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering from a reputed university (full‑time).
Comfortable communicating in English.
