Customer Service Representative
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with our customers, and we value their commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist our customers through the ordering process. Key Responsibilities
Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly customer service. Assist with in‑store duties and learn the pizza delivery business. Work mostly on weekends and evenings; flexible schedules available. Support a fast‑paced team environment and contribute to store operations. Compensation
Hourly base pay of $16.00 plus opportunities for advancement within Domino's Pizza. Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds; careful handling of pizza dough, sauce, and boxes. Occasional reaching, stooping, bending, and carrying of items up to 72 inches. Use of hand trucks, dollies, and kitchen equipment as needed. Qualifications
Valid U.S. employment authorization. Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask and respond to customer concerns. Work well under stress in a high‑paced environment. Team player who follows store policies and answers first‑ring calls. Additional Information
