This is a full‑time, onsite position at our San Diego headquarters.
Annual Salary $68,500–$90,000 plus a quarterly discretionary bonus.

As a Non‑QM Retail Underwriter you will be responsible for rendering credit decisions on incoming applicants, underwriting mortgage commitments, verifying supporting documentation, and upholding our service level agreements.
Qualifications
Knowledge of real estate lending and loan structuring.
Valuation methodologies.
Review and analyze documentation provided on each loan to make an informed lending decision in compliance with LendSure Mortgage Corp.'s policies and guidelines.
Ability to review complex tax returns.
Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision and actively engage with the supervisor to resolve complicated issues.
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
Strong time management skills to plan and organize a high daily loan volume.
Must be a detail-oriented team player able to collaborate constructively with fellow employees.
Minimum 5 years of recent experience underwriting non-conforming residential mortgage loans.
Minimum 5 years of experience with state and federal lending regulations (i.e., Ability to Repay, RESPA, Reg B, Reg Z, Fair Lending, etc.).
This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I‑9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
