What You Will Do
Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, and private foundations.
Develop, build, and manage client relationships as part of proposals.
Participate in networking activities to expand business opportunities.
Maintain functional expertise and understanding of client business or family structures to address concerns and challenges.
Assist with managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff.
Review and manage projects prepared by tax associates and seniors.
Effectively delegate responsibilities to others and monitor engagement team efforts.
Use technology tools in assignments and demonstrate commitment to improving work processes.
Research complex tax issues, apply findings to projects, and communicate findings clearly in writing.

Minimum Qualifications
5 years or more of related experience in public accounting, law firm, or trust department.
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
CPA license or J.D. degree and bar admission.
Experience managing multiple client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Taxation or Law degree.
Experience with OneSource tax software.
