Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Description

Develop and implement supplier quality management strategies to ensure compliance with company standards.

Conduct supplier audits and assessments to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and enhance product quality.

Analyze supplier performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Support new product introduction by ensuring supplier readiness and compliance.

Work closely with internal teams to align supplier quality standards with company goals.

Ensure adherence to all engineering and manufacturing regulations and industry standards.

Provide technical guidance and training to suppliers to drive continuous improvement.

Profile

BS degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality engineering.

Strong understanding of quality systems and standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, IPC-A-610, etc.).

Experience with supplier audits and compliance standards.

Proficiency in quality tools: FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.

5+ years in supplier or manufacturing quality engineering.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and quality system standards.

Skilled in FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5 Whys, and root‑cause analysis.

Experience conducting supplier audits and managing CAPA processes.

Proficient reviewing FAI/PPAP documentation and supplier quality records.

Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
