Role Description We are seeking a Lead HVAC Install Mechanic for a full‑time, on‑site position serving the Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill area. This role is ideal for an experienced installer who takes ownership of projects, leads by example, and consistently delivers high‑quality installations.
The Lead HVAC Install Mechanic will be responsible for installing residential HVAC systems, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. You will lead and manage an installation team, coordinate job flow, and ensure excellent communication with customers throughout the installation process.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Prior leadership or lead installer experience is a strong plus
