BAS Design Engineer Supervisor Pay:
$105,000 - $130,000 (Salaried) Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Job Responsibilities
Design and program BAS solutions using various protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Conduct system testing and commissioning to verify functionality. Develop and maintain documentation for programming and system configurations. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand system requirements. Provide training and support to end‑users and technicians. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in building automation technology. Perform additional duties as directed by the Director of Operations. Qualifications
BS in Engineering or equivalent; minimum 5 + years’ experience in Building Automation, HVAC and Lighting Control design. Experience with energy management, building commissioning, and systems diagnostics/troubleshooting (3–5 years). Hands‑on experience with HVAC, electrical, building automation/controls, boilers, AC, and chillers. Strong customer service skills and self‑motivation; able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Benefits
