Overview Fast-growing Sacramento GC hiring a Superintendent for commercial TI projects ranging from $1-10M. Work spans from Eureka through Bakersfield, so travel throughout Northern California is required.
Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities for commercial TI projects.
Manage subcontractors, schedule, and quality control.
Coordinate with project management software and reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulations, and project specifications.
Qualifications
Experience as a Superintendent at a GC.
Experience with commercial construction.
Ability to travel throughout Northern California.
ProCore or similar construction management software (nice to have).
