The Role
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of workmanship. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through completion Coordinate and manage subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries Maintain construction schedules and ensure milestones are achieved Enforce safety standards and jobsite best practices Conduct quality control inspections and address field issues proactively Communicate effectively with project management and ownership teams Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction Strong knowledge of residential building practices and sequencing Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proven leadership and communication skills Experience working in the Seattle market and familiarity with local codes preferred Valid driver’s license Competitive salary based on experience Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Benefits package including PTO and holidays Long-term opportunity with a stable builder Benefits
